The original O.J. verdict was set in stone the day the case was moved and OJ had a group of Marxist/Obama Voters/Race Obsessed/Kook Aid jurors to decide the case. Everything else was just a show.

Exactly. He didn’t make up things and in fact went against the defense a number of times during the trial.

The defense came up with the whole contamination of the blood evidence theory using racism to boost their claim.

If the jury had actually listened to Lee and Badin, they were basically saying OJ was guilty as sin. But what do you expect from a jury that says “we all have DNA” and other crap like that?

Yes the prosecution lost it with allowing the jury that took the case to remain and not challanging (from what I understand) certain jurors during the trial for making comments/calls/discussions most other jurors would have been thrown out for.

And that’s where I’ll stop on that point.

O.J. CANNOT be pardoned by Obama. It’s state prison, not federal. The president has no powers over a state system.

O.J. is history. Period.

Dr. Lee wanted to expose the LAPD procedures in an attempt to change them.

He picked the wrong fricken case to play god.

Two people were murdered.

That logic is akin to me saying I blew up the Pentagon in an attempt to expose lax security.

Shame on him.

There is no such thing as a “state jail” my friend. Jails are counties and cities — state correctional facilities are called “prisons”.

OK. A cage that is in a county, or city - that is in a state - as opposed to Federal.

And yes, you ARE correct that federal prisons are better than state prisons. It will be hell every day, where he is going. Nothing like jails or feds. I assume he will be put into a cell, instead of a dormitory, due to his notarity. Although cells offer more privacy, they are psychological torture, with how small they are (living in a closet) and how a cellmate will certainly be required, as no one gets a private cell, unless you’re in solitary confinement (ad seg). Trust me — he’ll lose 50 pounds the first six months alone. And he will age three times faster in every way.

Sounds like you know what you are talking about. I have a close relative who went to Federal prison. It was bad enough.

Just curious - do you say that because of the stress, or because the food is so bad?

You won’t do this as most people won’t but go back and actually read his testimony.

On most of the defenses claims he argued with the defense, on factual matters concerning incredibly bad standards for evidence collection and lab procedures, was he supposed to perjure himself?

I flat out told him I would not have taken the case for any amount of money and he brought up two points with me.

1. Hindsight is 20/20, he didn’t think any jury would find him innocent just that there was probable cause on the issue raised above.
2. He testified truthfully which is the obligation of any expert witness in any case and can get you thrown in jail if you do not. His testimony on way too many key points validated what Dr. Badin said to the point the defense was so furious with him threats were made, Lee wouldn’t say more on that point.

Being in the “bizz” myself, I can see both sides of the issue. I also know the LAPD’s procedures at the time were not up to the the most basic set of standards.

While you won’t believe this either, in the end Dr. Lee didn’t get OJ off, it was the jury. A jury that if shown a tape of OJ practically decapitating Nicole would still have found the scumbag innocent.

Combine that with a judge who didn’t want riots laid at his feet and you’ve got a winner.

Robert Shapiro is that lawyer’s name, I often see him on commercials pushing some website. Kardashian is dead, Cochran is dead, F. Lee Bailey is dead. I think the DNA lawyer is still alive, Barry Scheck. Yep, that was Kardashian with the briefcase. Geez, I can’t believe I remember all this stuff!

I was going to mention “Judge” Ito, but I didn’t want to annoy myself. He was swept up in being a celebrity.

The second the trial was moved from Brentwood and to a jury of OJ’s “real peers” the case was over. If there was a videotape of OJ killing Nicole and Ron he MIGHT have been found guilty.

It was over before it started. Bob Grant said it every day on the radio, he proved to be prophetic.

Well at least in jail, you get out (eventually). In Hell you don't.

13 years ago today, he got off the hook for murdering two human beings.

The guilty sentence came on the same date that he was found not guilty 13 years ago?

That is JUSTICE.

Could a guilty verdict energize the Obamanites?

It should energize those who love justice.

Thanks for reminding me about the names of the lawyers. I noticed that Shapiro seemed to be genuinely disturbed that OJ got off, I think that’s what saved him. The others didn’t have a conscience.

Kinda ironic that after all the hubbub of the 1st Simpson trial, this one wraps up in a whimper...

I bet if he had beaten this rap, the MSM would have been hyped about it.

Maybe he’ll find the real killer among the prison population.

I saw Scheck last week on TV touting his “get innocents out of jail” campaign. He’s still VERY much around...

I thought the 1995 OJ Trial should of been a mistrial.

Yes, one brace juror could have done it.

And then we could have replaced that inept, affirmative action Prosecution team with someone who could actually do the job.
