Look at the charges: Assault, Coercion, 1st degree Kidnapping, Conspiracy, Robbery and Burglary all with deadly weapon enhancements.

In NV, one of those alone is 15 yrs mandatory minimum with life being the maximum.

If child molesters are doing less time in your state, you need to take action and reform the law.

I miss the great talk radio in LA. Thank goodness I can listen online when I want to. This whole thing brings back such memories. I lived about 5 miles from OJ and about 1/2 mile from Nicole and the place was packed with looky loos for months. Driving home was ridiculous - the exit I took (Sunset) was blocked off from the 405 and the place was a madhouse. I swear every person from South Central LA was in my neighborhood for weeks.

Jury nullification .. it’s become a studied and taught practice in law schools. Despicable.

Actually, it is the honored tradition our founding fathers sought to ensure -
along with 12 person juries (which have been whittled down in many courts for "expediency").
It is the last check in our system of checks and balances from unjust laws and "legislating from the bench."
Many courts have tried to eradicate it by refusing to approve jury instructions that inform juries of this important principle.
