I do agree with some here though that Sarah, while as cute as feisty as ever, did not answer many questions asked of her. I winced when Gwen was asking about the bailout and Biden went off on lack of republican regulation during the last 8 years, then when it was Sarah’s turn she said “Let’s talk about taxes”.
That was bad. Why do they refuse to hit the rats on this crap?

I thought Biden did his job of attacking McCain and tying him to Bush. Palin couldn't defend that.
But that wouldn't have coincided with her theme for the future and playing the blame game, which in the case of this financial crisis should be played so it won't recur.

THEY CAN’T HIT THEM ON THIS ‘CRAP’. IF THEY DO, THEY WILL BE HAMMERED AS WE HAVE BEEN HAMMERING PELOSI FOR HER INCINDIARY WORDS RIGHT BEFORE THE VOTE. THEY ARE TRYING TO WORK A DEAL - A HORRIBLE DEAL THAT AMERICA HATES - BUT ONE THAT WE ALLEGEDLY NEED. THEY SHOULDN’T EVEN BE TALKING ABOUT IT OUTSIDE OF THE NEGOTIATIONS.
