The Repubs and Mccain in the next debate need to make this into a big commercial, shout it from the rooftops. The MSM isn’t going to help him by reporting the truth.
Thanks for posting the video, PressurePoint.
Let’s add this video, too from a prior thread:

“Shocking Video Unearthed Democrats in their own words Covering up the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac Scam that caused our Economic Crisis”
(Added September 26, 2008)
It's not just about pointing out who is to blame so they aren't put back into power to make more such foolish choices. It's also about putting the lie to the MSM's constant drumbeat of blaming the Republicans.
This needs to be SCREAMED from the rooftops.
It makes me almost insanely mad that the GOP, McCain, Bush, etc., ARE NOT DOING THIS, and all doing some sick version of NEW TONE!
Barnet Frank, Chuck Schumer, RATS in Congress all need to have this hund around their necks day and night!!!!!
I agree. The kook wackjobs that support obama, won’t listen. But if there are still some legitimately undecided.
Republicans are afraid to say anything that might be good about President Bush as it is spun into that you are just like him. They need to get past this and not be afraid to say what Bush has done that is right. Bush has been good about many things. It hasn’t been wise to throw him overboard.
I agree everybody needs to email this utube to everybody they know and especially send the link with urgency to Rush, Hannity, Hewitt, Drudge and everybody and anybody with a voice that we can think of. This needs to be freeped across the nation. Obama needs to come down. God help us.
PRESIDENT BUSH, PLEASE BE A MAN! DEFEND YOURSELF!!!
You know, what really makes me mad about this bailout plan is all the people saying, “I told you so.” Bush told us so, trying to get the problem fixed with new legislation in 2003, but was blocked. McCain told us so, trying to fix the problem with new legislation in 2006, but was blocked. Last night Obama told us so, saying he, “sent a letter to warn the Treasury Secretary (which is a lame way for a Senator to try to fix a problem, why wouldn’t he introduce legislation to fix it?). And there’s countless more in Washington, everybody’s claiming they told us so, that they saw the financial world crumbling but couldn’t get agreement to do anything about it.
It’s as if they want us to believe they are powerless. Where was Bush’s press conference when his legislation was blocked, why didn’t he go on National TV and explain the problem and ask people to call their Congressmen to fight to get it passed? Where was McCain’s press conference, why didn’t he buy some commercial time on the air and call out those who were allowing this crisis to build? And what did Obama do besides send a letter to try to cover his own failure to do anything. Do they think everybody watches their daily yammering on C-SPAN, where they all start out each comment saying they reserve the right to “revise and extend their remarks” — the right to change whatever they’re about to say before they even say it?
‘
Yeah, yeah... they all saw it coming and all these rich, powerful politicians who have had the world’s ear for the last two years as they travel the country and the world displaying their qualifications and plans just happened to forget to make a point of telling us the sky falling.
ping
It’s a national scandal that Obama is getting away with blaming Bush for this mess when it is in fact that Democrats who caused it.
You're about 3 years too late on this. I know he has a lot of defenders here, but he has been a DISASTER for the GOP. I gave up trying to defend someone who won't defend themselves. This guy has dragged this whole party down for the past 3 years. Rep Tom Davis had it right. He has "killed the Republican brand for years to come." The fact that McCain is this close is a miracle.
Sad but true, on all of that.
I agree with you. Even though I’ve passed this around, the responses I got back was....THE REPUBLICANS WERE IN CONTROL AND DID NOTHING! So what’s the excuse? How can this be a dem problem when we were in control?
I don’t think it is a TOTALLY dem problem. The only thing that will close our purse strings and stop Congress from foolish bribes to get re-elected is to let the purse go empty — the bailout will just let us go on ahead until there’s nothing left... then, perhaps, people will vote in Term Limits and get rid of these jokers.
We have ONE thread out of thousand BDS threads and you come on and change the subject from the UnAmerican Democrat Party, and what they have done to this country by betraying the President, the troops, our missions, and their creation of Fred/Fan, and you choose to call HIM a disaster?
Gee thanks for nothing.
No wonder we have so few Republicans of any balls anymore...the people who elect them reflect the same priorities, ie, amush their own regularly.
