I cursed him plenty during the impeachment trial . I did not really consider it at the time , but him pulling that Scottish law “not proven verdict” out of his tam o’shanter , probably saved us from about 9 years of President Algore .

They have to put a bill up on the internet after it's voted on for people to see it before the president signs it.

That's my take on this "rule"

This is Specter asking for it to be put up 24 hrs before the vote so citizens can give feedback before it is voted upon.

Thanks for the explanation. I think they are getting a pretty good earful anyway. I can’t believe they want to do this over the objections of a huge majority of the people. WE didn’t cause this. Politicians and lenders did.

Thats right ! But this should ! Senate conservatives should slow this thing down by demanding this gets published. Giving conservatives the chance to accurately research their case against it and present it. So the American public gets to understand how this happened and the complicity by MSM and the socialist doctrinal complexities that caused it. By the way South Africa is experiencing a similar situation, and the socialist/communists are winning that one.
