Mr TMG is into Barking Sheep Malbac. I just love how wine has become fun and not so stuffy.

Is this not the IDEAL time for Sen. McCain to unload on Obama about ACORN?Yes.

What about ‘LOOK’ (I HATE when he uses that...so condescending to me) or ‘LET’S BE CLEAR’
Have those been mentioned as drinking words?

I’m as nervous as I was holding my breath during dubya’s debates.
So I am watching the Mets game instead.

I've been busy uploading my, and probably won't make it to the Canteen until tomorrow unless this debate gets me really jazzed and wakes me up a bit. If not, I'm likely to doze off. Anyhow, it's story time for Mikey, toothbrushing, Godblessyous and the whole night-night routine. I hope to be back by curtin time. If I don't make it, please take notes like you do when I can't stream Rush at work - and don't give me any of the "types with fists" bildge.

Propaganda, propaganda, propaganda. No it isn't. Boehner was on the TV, said the WH Dems and Paulson thought they were going to "roll him" (or words to that effect), but it didn't work. The Repubs walked out when the yelling got going from Frank, I think.

But the question is: will it be available to watch online after tonight so those of us who observe the Sabbath can watch it?

I’ve had a malbec or two that I liked, but not “Barking Sheep.” I guess “Funky Llama” was pretty good, so I do have a positive report on something from Chile!
I used to wish I liked beer, because it came in so many interesting varieties, but now there are so many inexpensive and cute wines in the store that I don’t regret beer at all!

My pet peeve Obama mannerism, which is missing when he’s using the Obamapromter, is his strongly-accented DEEP-VOICE transition words, preceeded and followed by a pause:
At the end of the day, uh, we need to keep in mind... THAT...
but I love this country roo much, uh, to allow this... WHEN...
too many hard-working Americans, uh, take a look... AT...
their family’s future plans... THEN...
my mother’s Kansas upbringing at a time... WHEN...
we look for, uh, change for the future... AND...
I believe like, uh, most of my friends in Chicago... THAT...
we as Americans will, uh, always be in favor... OF...
and so on.
I’ll be swigging for any answer containing 5 or more of these heavy-accented LOW-VOICE pause-cadences.

That is exactly what I was thinking. Obama looses 1/5 of his base tonight and 1/8 of his base in each subsequent presidential debate. God willing.

McCain did an excellent job during the primary debates. Why would that change for this debate?
