On Friday's Situation Room, CNN's Jack Cafferty asked, "Is Sarah Palin's 15 minutes of fame over?" As you can see, Jack seems very anxious for Palin to become a has been of little consequence in this election:
Funny how a stock market crash, the failure of a few big investment banks will distract Americans from the flavor of the day. There doesn't seem to be the burning interest in who makes Sarah Palin's glasses that there was a few days ago. Former White House advisor and Republican strategist Karl Rove told the Associated Press this week that the Palin phenomenon will fade between now and the election, and that may be already happening.

They still don’t get it. ;o)
and all the inquiries in Alaska yielding no poison fruit for Jack to sink his teeth into.
Rove is a great organizer and statistician but tone deaf to the Repub base. The immigration bill, prescription drugs bill , and Harriet Myers mess have his finger prints all over them. The 2004 election was won by the Swiftboat Vets that told the truth not Rove . In 2006, they waited to can Rummy until after the election. The dumb he handled that Scouter Libby scam .
I don't know. didn't he used to sing with the Beaver Brown Band and they did a cover of that Eddie & the Cruisers song....

Her debate with Biden could relight the fire.
I saw the vid of her in the Villages today. Huge crowd but I’d give her a B- on performance. A little flat. No guffaws that I picked up on, but certainly not as sharp as the edge of a skinning knife.
Course, she’s probably a little pooped and she was wearing a jacket in that 95 degree heat and humidity. LORDY!
A “stock market crash, the failure of a few big investment banks will distract Americans from” ... just about anything.
Very well said! You have nailed it! It is so disgusting to watch these loudmouths on TV that I now turn them off as fast as I do the Dems.
Uh, NO.
We’ll keep her around just to get under your skin, worthless idiot.
I think it's more than that. Cafferty always seems to be out front with the big talking point of the week. Last week it was "If you oppose Obama, you're racist" which was repeated all week in soundbites from Obama surrogates.
It would not surprise me at all if we hear this exact "15 minutes" line over and over again this week.
You’d give her a B- huh?
Welcome to freerepublic newbie.
TRANSLATION: We WANT Sara Palin's huge influence on the electorate to stop so we are telling you her fame is over so you will believe it and stop liking McCain for President and NOT vote in the coming election....
Well, it is obvious that there is a concerted effort in the MSM to negate SP’s growing popularity and influence with this kind of negative publicity.
I’ve seen articles from various news outlets asking the same question: “Is SP’s star fading?”
No Vice Presidential candidate in the history of the United States has drawn a crowd one tenth the size of the one Sarah Palin drew today in Florida. That explains why the media is hell bent to destroy her. It also explains why the polls are completely wrong and why McCain is heading for a blowout victory in November.
The odds are that Sarah Palin will, in a few short years, be the 45th President of the United States.
Okay, have at it, flame me for being too "touchy".
Jack Cafferty’s 15 minutes are over.
Someone should tell Jack that celebs have 15 minutes of fame. I suspect she will be VP. But even if she is not, she will be the Govenor of Alaska. Her pipeline project will concern all of us. She will be a player in the next GOP nomination.
Rove is supporting the democratic narrative.
