I hope that the Secret Service is actually on America's side. After all, the agency does have agents faithfully guarding the socialist Obama. He's certainly not pro-America.
The Supreme Court ruled, in the Pentagon Papers case, that the government could not prevent (or punish) the Times for publishing classified material, even though doing so violated an existing law.
If the 1st Amendment can override a law designed to protect national security, it most likely can override a more mundane law dealing with receiving stolen goods.
Those the hacked into Steele’s email are in prison now. That is exactly where these folks should go.

If a pawn shop took fenced stolen articles and refused to tell the cops who the perps were who fenced the articles, they’d face jail time.
