Actually, in my former life (circa early 1970's) I was in radio and I remember reading a news story about Babs contemplating a nose job, however, her doctors advised her that it would affect her singing voice (resonance,tone, breathing and all that)so she declined.
Actually, no one would have noticed...probably.
