Congress can not stop a storm. What they CAN AND SHOULD DO is allow offshore drilling and refineries in other parts of the country instead of having all of our energy infrastructure in the GULF!!

A big part of the problem is NIMBY idiots. That is not congress - that is local. Teddy boy is one of those - no wind turbines to spoil his view.
