Well I guess they didn’t do it or maybe it got washed away. He can’t very well go around saying too bad, go hungry though. Besides I think the supplies he was upset about are for the responders.

I LOVE Culberson... I agree with you, too. They need to have bought supplies for at least a week, or should not be there.
