It was supposed to convey accurate information prepared by experts. It should make some people feel more safe and some people less.
No good purpose is served by encouraging an out-of-control “run for your lives” mentality — notwithstanding government’s interest in sometimes doing so.

SHHHHH...don’t tell that to the Democrat lady mayor of Galveston. I just watched a news conference she gave on TXCN and she said she doesn’t want to scare ‘her residents’..(eye roll)...when asked about the NWS predictions of ‘certain death’ for those that stay...she poopooed the idea..even though water is rising all around her!
