Excellent therapy - thanks!
That was shocking.
lol
Look, here is the thing, apparently there was no “gotcha” moment in this interview. Period.
She remained level headed and cool....didn’t get sarcastic or testy. SHE WINS!
They wanted her to mess up badly on an answer, or come across as an insane religious kook, or get testy and “bitchy.” She didn’t do any of that, so it’s fine.
It’s called “Brain Tag.” My husband does it to me each morning...he sings a goofy song and it’s in my head all day long.
But, that is such a happy, upbeat song! I’ve been singing it out loud all day and now I’ve finally driven HIM ‘round the bend, LOL!
Wow! I would not be surprised if team Hussein is a no show for the VP debate. She is running circles around Charlie.
More:
At 2:19, she calls him Charlie for the first time, and he raised his head, and looked down his nose at her, while she finished her answer.
At 2:46, she is talking about being proud of Track, when she said “Serving something greater than self...”, his hands drop, he got a sour look on his face, looked down, as if to dismiss what she was saying.
Did I mention that Chuckie Gibson is a Disgusting Slime Bucket?
She will slice and dice Biden. He’s going to blow a gasket, or be his usual insulting, condescending self.
If they were smart, the McCain/Palin team should make it a ‘Pay Per View’ event. They’d raise millions in minutes! :)
Go to the link for some snippets.
I missed it too.
:-(
it on tonite on world news tonite, and tomorrow on good morning america and 20/20
Imagine the reaction to Ike's Great Crusade message to the troops.
11:30 PM on ABC. Program is called Nightline.
My observation precisely - he was uncomfortable - she was focused.
From the clip that has been released so far I would have to say that Sarah is no disappointment. In fact, she is right in line with what I expected her to be. The libs are going to be rushing around trying to chop this up just like the weasle Gibson just did with her “quote”.
Go Sarah!!!!
The Bush Doctrine has several component parts:
1. US has the right to treat countries that harbor or give aid to terrorist groups as terrorists themselves (basis we went into Afghanistan on)
2. US should depose foreign regimes that represent a threat to the security of the United States, even if that threat is not immediate (basis we went into Iraq on)
3. US suppors democracy around the world, especially in the Middle East, as a strategy for combating the spread of terrorism and to pursue U.S. military interests
That’s why she asked him “in what way?” To find out which part of the Doctrine he was asking her about.
She did a good job!
I thought she handled him well, but it was also obvious to me that he thought he was ‘handling’ her.
Gibson really got my back up.
Gibson is a putz. He can think that all he wants, but people like you and me know better...and there are a lot of people like you and me.
Dick Morris said the other night that it was good they were going with Gibson because “...he isn’t a gotcha sort of journalist.”
Maybe Dick got him confused with Hoot Gibson or Mel Gibson.
In the excerpts Gibson played on the “news” tonight, I heard at least 4 gotcha attempts.
That whole gaggle of Fun City talking heads are worthless slimeballs.
Thank goodness, eh?
DANKE!
You’re welcome.
