The One meant to say lipstick on a pit bull but he botched the joke. Lots of flubs these days. I wonder what today will bring.

To late, it doesn't matter, damage is done, just like his futile attempt with George Step to correct his mistake of " MY MUSLIM FAITH ".

If it were an isolated event, I might agree. But it wasn't. In fact, Obama's use of lipstick and pig was the fourth one (by my count) to use the terms this week.
Ehrlicher used it in an article on Sept 7.
Julian Epstein and Bob Becktel fumbled the words on FoxNews on Tuesday morning, Sept 9.
So, is it accidental that Obama mutters the usage on Tuesday afternoon?
Steve Doocy implied this morning that it seemed to be part of this week's Dem talking points.

No pit bull would have been complimentary. Pig...conotes someone who is ugly, sloppy, etc.

The One meant to say lipstick on a pit bull but he botched the joke. Actually, I think he just meant that no matter how you beautify it, it was still the same old thing. He even gave another example, with the fish in the newspaper. He could have said wrapping paper. The fish will still stink. I think people are making more into his lipstick comment than they should, and it could backfire on us, the way their grabbing at everything has done to them. We need to be careful. jmo

Chicago Tribune owned company WGN TV news anchor Robin Baumgardner repeated the same pig reference this morning attributing it to Gov. Palin. The Tribune is a big-time lib company in the tank for Obama.
