Of which Stephanopolous carried the water and corrected him by saying "Christian faith".
I think this is a VERY telling freudian slip by Barrack.

Thanks for the ping, nutmeg. I saw this when flipping through channels this morning and let out a huge HA!!! George actually was laughing at the gaffe when he corrected Obama—but the look on Obama’s face was simply priceless when George corrected him.

Like I said...watch the video. It wasn’t until Steph talked him out of the “Mccain is behind it” stance that Obama changed his tune.

And since he received, from an early age, training in Islam, the fact the reverts to that religion/faith under pressure and not to his Christianity, or Rev. Wright’s teachings, black liberation theology, etc. is equally or even more disturbing than I thought.
I’m sure that’s how this will be spun as just another misspoken statement. HOwever, haven’t they been laughing at GW for the same thing for the past 8 years.
So it’s either he has muslim faith in him and he slipped by saying what no Christian would every say “My muslim faith”. OR he speaks worse than GWB in which case the left should be lining up for an apology to GWB right now? Or agreeing Barack HUSSEIN obama is unfit to speak on our behalf as President if he can’t even articulate what faith he is.
In reality, those that are worried about his “muslim faith” will take this at face value and read it as what he said. Those that believe he’s the 2nd coming of the lord...well it’s just another mistake by their messiah.
Just got this from my father in email. Sending it out to the two most irritating on every single email list and send me tons of forwards friends to send out. But I’m already sure that there won’t be anyone who hasn’t seen this by Tuesday.

How is this wrong? It’s not like we doctored the video and audio to make it appears as if he said something he didn’t.
The American people are smart enough to watch it and decide for themselves if he’s either a muslim or an idiot who doesn’t even know what faith he is today. Rest assured, it’s fair and the American people will be able to sort it out if you just share this info with them.
Instead of putting McCain/Palin yards in your sign, Put up signs that say vote for the 1st Muslim President...Barack Hussein Obama.
It’s not attacking him, but it will scare the crap out of everyone when his “supporters” are referring to him as a muslim.
I don’t consider him a Muslim now - but who is this guy? I don’t think he knows either. One thing I believe- he was a nominal Muslim while a child. Since he has lied about it for so long, there is little he can do now. He assumed that many (probably more than reality) of Americans would not vote for a one-time Muslim - he was right. It’s his name- even if he had changed it, it would haunt him. The bigger issue with him is his friendliness with radical people and ideas. If he had been a conservative guy who ditched all of his parents’ craziness years ago, he could have won. As it is, he picked and chose the worst of what his parents offered him: Knee jerk liberalism.
