The Talk Shows
Sunday, September 7th, 2008
Guests to be interviewed today on major television talk shows:
FOX NEWS SUNDAY (Fox Network): Obama chief strategist David Axelrod and McCain campaign manager Rick Davis.
MEET THE PRESS (NBC): Democratic vice presidential nominee Joe Biden.
FACE THE NATION (CBS): Republican presidential nominee John McCain.
THIS WEEK (ABC): Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama.
LATE EDITION (CNN) : Sens. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz., Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas; Gov. Tim Kaine, D-Va.; Obama campaign adviser Robert Gibbs; McCain economic adviser Nancy Pfotenhauer.
The whine-athon has only just begun.
I would love to see her on some Sunday shows. It would give the country a taste of the strength of her personality.
Here is one that will show you exactly what is going on and the DBM/rats just can not deal with it at all!
It’s a conservative revolution! Our side has become politically awake and we have a new leader in the style of Ronald Reagan only her name is Sarah!!

How funny, Fox and Friends did the same segment yesterday with Alyson putting her hair up and wearing the glasses. They had on a stylist who loved Sarah’s look but just suggested she get a few inches cut off from the length.
Exactly, guess Sarah doesn’t need to be interviewed by losers who have already tried to destroy her,her family and every friend she ever had, who’d a thunk it.
Wait for it and make them really want it. LOL
Now, I'm not so sure.
Perhaps Klein and his puffed up media minions can start by asking Obama some probing questions? After all, they have had 18 months to do that - and have miserably failed the task.
We still don't know where Obama was even born and there are gaping holes in his bio!
Team McCain need to get Palin up to speed and get her on the various news programs.
Poor drive-bys they just are not used to being ignored or being as irrelevant as the actually are.
On her terms and according to her chosen timing.
I agree, and the sleazeballs have their minions in Alaska digging as fast as their fannies can dig. It appears the counter offensive to defend her is working better than in the past and it’s interesting that the smears were so outrageous that even other members of the press could not defend it.
I think her first interview should be with Bill O’Reilly. I don’t know if Biden has ever been on with him, and it took Obambi 19 months to face O’Reilly. We can say many things about the bloviator, but he does give a good interview.
Then I think she should go on FTN with Schieffer, he at least won’t be rude to her.
I don’t think she should ever go on MTP. NBC has proven itself to be Campaign HQ for Obama and Brokaw’s on air commentary during the conventions with Keith Olberman lowered Brokaw into the world of commentary scum.
She should go on ABC, but she shouldn’t be interviewed by Stephy, he is a democrat political operative. I don’t know who on ABC is a fair questioner.
I think after she does O’Reilly, she should do Chris Wallace on FNS.
Gail Sheey (I think that is her name) was on O’Reilly the other night and basically apologized for her harsh treatment of Palin. I think Palin should talk to her.
She should tell WOlf Blitzer to go jump in a lake and maybe do an interview with that Candee Crawley or John King. John appears to be a very fair reporter, Wolf defended Campbell Brown after her outrageous personal attack on Palin. Brown would have been fired if management at CNN had an ounce of integrity, the proved they did not.
Yes...unleash her. She’ll smartly handle what she can and deflect the gotchas squarely into the jaw of the questioner.
Go Sarah.
I am sure you are right, and she will be on these shows soon enough. Actually, the McCain team may be smart in delaying it awhile as they bring her up to speed on issues and what to expect.
risk/reward
I DISTINCTLY recall that last Friday all the media were crowing about Obama finally got his post-convention bounce and was ahead of McCain/Palin. I do NOT remember any of the stories I read mentioning this Zogby poll.
