It should be noted that this money was raised after a snivelling, whiny, petty E-mail was sent out last night by the snivelling, whiny, petty Obama campaign. This after Sen. McCain behaved like an adult and let the Democrats have their convention. He didn't go on O'Reilly, and he didn't send out whiny E-mail solicitations.
For those folks not sure whether or not they can still donate to McCain/Palin, please read the following (also from this article):
Now that McCain is the nominee, he will receive $84.1 million for his fall campaign and cannot raise any private money except to cover legal and accounting costs. His fundraisers can continue to bring in money for the Republican National Committee, which, in turn, can spend it on McCain's behalf.
McCain also can contribute any unspent money from his primary campaign to the RNC, Federal Election Commission spokesman Bob Biersack said.
So donate if you wish. The McCain/Palin campaign will let you know exactly what to do.

“Barack Obama reported raising at least $10 million from more than 130,000 donors today after Palin, the Alaska governor, addressed the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota, and criticized the Democratic presidential nominee.”
By sheer coincidence, George Soros’ checking account is down by about the same amount today...

That $10 million is addition to how much money the news media has spent dragging Palin’s name through the mud.

I wonder how truthful this is. The guy's been known to lie. I heard on Fox News this afternoon that they had raised $130,000 or so and were hoping to make $2 million, which is a far cry from the $10 million they are claiming.

Obama questioned the truthfulness of Palin’s speech from last night. I want someone to ask him WHAT WAS A LIE? Nowhere does he cite examples. He just whines and asks for more money. Rush said today that Obama has less money than the McCain/Palin campaign. I can't find this info anywhere to back up Rush's claim. I suspect it's true but does anyone know where it says that?

$10 million?? They’ll need at least $1 billion to undo the damage Sarah Palin did to their candidate last night!

Not sure which thread I read it on, but the McCain Campaign raised $7 million IMMEDIATELY after he announced his VP pick, within 24 hours...and that was days ago, even before her speech last night, and during the mud-slinging about her family and credentials.
Of course, even if it were $20 million in the last few days, the MSM wouldn’t report that...they need to protect their investment in Obama. *SPIT*

If Palin’s speech was a flop he would have gotten $0. The lefties would have thought it was going to be a shoe-in. It’s an indication of how great she did.

I didn’t read the article, so maybe it was in there, but does it mention how much money McCain/Palin or RNC has taken in since McCain introduced her last Friday?

Hmm...CNN reports Obama raised 8 mil from 130,000 voters. That’s what they had posted earlier...about 30 minutes ago.
