O’Reilly running his Obama stuff tonight didn’t matter after all, in fact, if McCain can make good points on National Security, Obama’s vague attempts at answers will be outdone again by McCain, Saddleback 2 sequel

Sigh... it would be great if Palin strut out on stage and said: “You know Tom... I think I’ll take it from here. Have a seat buzzkill.”
To: retrokitten
Tom Ridge has his issues, but he sure looks cuddly.Agreed.

Whoever put this lineup together for the final night of the convention had a MAJOR brain fart. Probably they knew there was a football game on, start of season, etc etc and wanted the best speakers on another night.

As the camera was panning, I swear I saw Al Sharpton. Did anyone else see what I think I saw?

OK, it's probably nobody got a good look at it. It is definitely a Blue Star service pin. In googling I read her husband wears one too. You can see the red border in this picture.
However, I do believe she does have the Israeli flag in her office.

Cindy McCain coming up. Video on now.
She’ll get the crowd excited.
Well, she’ll get me excited, at least.
I think she may have influenced John McCain to pick Sarah—just a feeling. She seems to be Sarah’s biggest booster, especially after her speech last night.

I'm so glad McCain didn't pick Ridge. Zzzzz.Or Lindsey Grahamnesty. Maybe they have these two on tonight to make McCain look more exciting and upbeat.

He was on by remote the other day. The plans where changed with Gustav. He was down in the FEMA operations center in Austin. Typical Bush, let someone else be in front of the camera while he rolls his sleeves up and works on something.

By the time McCain comes on, many will have fallen asleep or changed the channel.
