Last Day Folks! Thanks for letting me do the threads.
Last night was GREAT! You can tell by the amount of slime that is being thrown us. Break out the poopcorn, it's going to be another late night!
Delivery counts. This is not going to captivate voters who NEED to hear the message.
Worst part: 40 minutes until John speaks. Thank God Mitt will get the crowd fired up.
The crowd is giving polite applause. Not the enthusiastic, wild energy of last night, unfortunately.
Whoever put this lineup together for the final night of the convention had a MAJOR brain fart.
If you have to say “say it with me”...you’re screwed as a speaker.
Yes...Tom does have his issues...but the ‘Terrible Towel’ is 30 year old icon of Pittsburgh Steeler lore. The Towel, invented by the late Pgh Steeler announcer Myron Cope, holds mythical powers. And they just look really cool when 60,000 wave them at Heinz Field or any place the Stillerz play...pretty neat that some yunzers (Pittsburghers) brought them to the convention.

This should be the highlight of the Republican Party. It is not unreasonable to expect strong content delivered in a dynamic and interesting way. I can see boring but informative at the local city council.

I have to keep in mind that Palin is not the candidate. McCain really likes Linseed and all the losers.

Tuning in to the RNC and hearing Ridge speak is like settling in on the Lay-Z-Boy for “opposite hand day” on the pro-bowling show.
Yeah, I noticed too that poor GWB is being left out. He wasn’t even in the 9/11 video. I guess the RNC feels he has become political poison.
