COMCAST Virginia (Prince William) just ran a “required weekly test” of their Emergency Broadcast System. Lost about 30 seconds of the speech. I think it was a mistake, because they seem to have cut it short.

I think this speech is very much geared to the independents and those on the fence. Just threw in some red meat about Judges. That was good.
