McCain's Little-Known VP Nominee Sarah Palin Delivers Stinging Rebuke of Barack Obama

Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin exceeded expectations Wednesday night in her highly anticipated acceptance speech, skewering Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama, slamming the news media, painting herself as the ultimate Washington outsider, and touting the military service and reformer record of her ticket-mate GOP presidential candidate John McCain.

And to think, less than one week ago, we barely knew her name.

And that's just what grinds these snobs: this is one candidate they had no hand in picking.

From the commentary section:

******************************EXCERPT**************************

Palin's speech if full of fear and hate. Shame on her for attacking the opponents and disrespecting the issues. She sopke less on the issues and went for the attack similar to those school playground bullies. She complained about high taxes. Well, Palin you can thank the Republic President Bush for high taxes. Palin said that government is too wastefull and yet she is are part of the government. Who is Palin representing? Perhaps the aero wolf hunting supporters who want to kill defenseless animals. Americans please see beyond the fear and hate. Focus on the issues such as, the problems with teenage pregnancies or the lack of strong morals and social values. Does the holy Bible preach, kill your enemy? frogsolorzano 2:05 AM

Well, at least they waited until page 2 of the article to mention every single one of the “allegations” the MSM has dredged up thus far. Seems to be boilerplate, the LAT did it too.

Note: The slogan was originally posted to FR by Renfield. Islander7 created the graphic. I've merely taken the initiative in publicizing it. It's so good, it may well be the "Sore/Loserman" of the 2008 election.

If you want change in Washington D.C.

I mean you really want change.

Do you vote for the Fighter Pilot and the mother of 5?

Or do you vote for the two Lawyers?

The crowd of Republicans in the convention hall was the largest audience the small state governor had ever addressed.

The "small state" governor? Where were these idiots when the Hawaii Gov. said 250 Delawares could fit inside Alaska's borders? Get a map, fools.

'Average Hockey Mom' Slams Obama's 'Change' Mantra

I think the "change" Obama's dealing with tonight involves his soiled pants after seeing that speech.

The MSM thinks any one who is not sophisticated and cosmopolitan is a redneck country bumpkin. Sarah Pallin ripped 'em to shreds!

Mau-Mauing Media employees shaken; struggle to find new charges against Palin, reprint all the old charges while reporting on speech..

"Palin's speech came amid a flurry of reports that she was once a member of the Alaska Independence Party, never had a passport or traveled overseas until last year, that her husband was arrested 22 years ago on a drunken driving charge, and that she pushed for $27 million of federal earmarks into a bill for the tiny town of Wasilla while she was its mayor.

"She is also the center of a legislative ethics investigation in Alaska into whether she abused her power in dismissing the state's public safety commissioner over a family dispute with a former brother-in-law, an Alaska state trooper who allegedly was abusive toward Palin's family members."
