Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread - Wednesday 9/3/08
The EIB Network ^ | September 3, 2008 | Rush Limbaugh

Posted on 09/03/2008 8:36:57 AM PDT by TSchmereL

AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America's Anchorman, Truth Detector, Doctor of Democracy, and Chief of the Patriotism Police. He is the man who runs America. He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do--That's host. Get ready to what you were born to do--That's listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

"We love to hear Rush Limbaugh,
Excellence in Broadcasting.
From sea to shining sea,
Millions and millions listen.
Conservative voice of freedom,
Heard throughout all America.
A message pure and truthful,
The downhearted are encouraged.
Integrity and honesty his motto.
We love you, Rush.
Listen to Rush Limbaugh.
G-d Bless You, Rush Limbaugh."

Or it's hypocrisy to push abstinence if your child fails to live up to the moral code?

Every time a liberal says this, they should immediately be asked, "If you teach your son that stealing is wrong, and then he gets picked up for stealing, does that make you a hypocrite?" They'd have to move on to another (undoubtedly equally stupid) line of attack.

Thank you. A wise friend once used that image to describe God’s power and love and omnipotent support.

The Hoover Dam tour is the best thing about the Las Vegas area, IMO.
Awe inspiring ~ Not as great as the Grand Canyon, but pretty humbling, nonetheless.

Even Lanny Davis disassociated himself from Shields' remarks this morning while Davis was appearing on FNC. Davis can see the approaching train wreck...

Lanny Davis can drive me crazy, he is a true believer. But he also has more common sense than his Lib brethren. I think is is genuinely appalled by what is going on in his party, and the vicious smears on the Palin family.

“What we do about it is go out and work harder to win this election than we’ve ever worked before. If it looks like it is going to be close, we double our efforts to work harder. If it looks like we win handily, we work to make it a landslide.”

BUMP!!!

You suck it up, and do the right thing, reaching for the gold ring now, knowing that she represents the future when that gold ring is grasped... but if you fail now, it may be forever lost.

Has everyone else seen this...

Palin: average isn't good enough

I can't tell if the guy is confusing the issue on purpose, or if he's just oblivious to the fact that the argument is about shared values NOT ability.

I think the majority of voters, myself included, want someone who excels but hold dear the same things I do.

Note to Mr. Harris: I guess if a candidiate shares my conservative values, then that makes my candidiate mediocre in your eyes?

Boy, I can't wait for Novemeber....

PUMAs and Hillary’s endgame. Get Palin/McCain elected then in 2012 we have a Hillary/Palin showdown. I can live with that. The PUMAs want Pelosi, Dean, Brazille, and Obama out of the picture for good. Instead of dirty, gutter politics let the debate on ideas commence.

Hiya, CO! I was undecided about whether I could force myself to vote for McCain, but the Palin selection has resolved my problem. I still strongly disagree with McCain on most issues, but I LOVE Sarah Palin. I’m voting for her. And, I suppose, for that liberal RINO guy on the ticket with her.

“I am very much looking forward to the next word from McCain, and to Gov. Palin’s speech tonight.”

I heard on FOX this morning that Rudy and Joe Leiberman were going to be making a news conference sometime this afternoon about the outrageous media attacks of Sarah and the release of her social security number by the left wing blogs.

Just wondering: how do I work for Palin without having to work for “that other guy?”

Sometimes you have to go through the other guy to get to the right woman... ;)

Lanny has a shame threshold

If he has, I haven't seen it. Not to mention the fact that I'm sure Davis is hoping Barry loses big time in November. And Barry's well on his way to doing just that.

The Hoover Dam tour is the best thing about the Las Vegas area, IMO.

You took the dam tour?

Did you go to the dam gift shop?

Or eat the dam ice cream?
