The Obama campaign declined to comment for this article and did not offer an explanation for why his transcript has not been released. But observers speculated that one reason might be the racially charged nature of the election.
Mr. Obama has acknowledged benefiting from affirmative action in the past, and details about his academic performance might open him up to critics eager to accuse him, probably unfairly, of receiving a free ride...

I bet there are alot of militant like classes...When Fox did their litle background story on Obama there was another weird thing that baffled me. They spoke about how he lived around New York, like many students do..but he couldn’t remember the names of the people he lived with or the addresses he lived at. I lived in NY at that same time, and like Obama, I moved around alot. I might not remember the exact addresses, but I could take you there and I certainly remember the names of every person I ever lived with. I find that very peculiar. They are hiding some big time stuff in this. I think he lived and learned alot of militant type things. It just doesn’t make sense. It wasn’t 50 years ago, it was 25 years ago.
If they aren’t releasing his transcript, then it’s almost certain that he didn’t have the grades normally required for admission to a top law school. Obviously affirmative action was at play here. Why else would they not want to discuss these years?

Yet the actions of a 17 yr old daughter is fair game?

I think it's apparent that he underperformed expectations. Had he received high marks, there would be no validity to accusations of receiving a "free ride." But worry about such accusations indicates the likely truth is that hOlyman isn't quit as "smart" as he want us to believe.
How the hell does the son of an exchange student from Kenya and a white girl from Kansas qualify for affirmative action? There's no legacy of slavery or Jim Crow there, so what's he being compensated for? It's just Black Skin Privilege.

I’m not sure I could remember the names of every person I lived with, but certainly the large majority. Either Obama’s a major introvert who rarely talks to people and has some memory issues (and we know that’s not the case) or he’s hiding something. Probably something pretty darn big.
Is Obama listed on either the New York or Illinois Bar ?

Do we really know if Obama attended Columbia College a part of Columbia University in New York or did he attend one of the other schools using the name “Columbia College” in Chicago or in South Carolina or elsewhere?
I have been wondering when the MSM would look into how he got into Harvard Law School. He was a ‘community orgainizer’ for three years between Columbia and Harvard. With a less than stellaer academic record at Columbia, he would have been hard pressed to get into Harvard. Would love to see how he scored on his LSAT.
Just like everthing else Obama, the truth is hidden, and the compliant MSM refuses to ask questions. Instead, they focus ona 17 year old girl who got pregnant. Remarkable, but something tells me any octobber surprise will have to do with the Messiah, not McCain or Palin.
Rev Wright, Father Pfleger, Bill Ayers, Tondy Rezko, the billionaire Iraqi oil for food scum who lent Rezko the money his wife used for the lot next to Obama, and a HOST of other things about Obama provide a target rich environment for 527’s to explore. My hunch is we ain’t seen nothing yet.

He has refused to provide his application to the Illinois Bar. Rumor has it he lied on there about past drug usage.

Yes, even with affirmative action taken into account, it’s quite unusual for someone with a transcript apparently so weak that it can’t even be released to the public to be admitted. Makes you wonder...
