That is NOT true. Lieberman never wanted to be VP on the ticket and McCain had Palin up near the top months ago.

We where told over and over by the MSM that McCain wanted Lieberman. When did we start trusting the MSM?

We where told over and over by loudmouth "true conservative" freepers that McCain made a secret "backroom deal" with Joe Lieberman/Mike Huckabee/Lindsey Graham and one of those three was absolutely GURANTEED to be veep under "RINO McCain", hence their motivation for supporting him.

Of course these were the same freepers who loudly insisted "Hillary WILL BE the Dem nominee no matter what", that George Allen was a shoe in for re-election last year, and that Fred Thompson waiting until Sept. to announce was "brillant" ... therefore I took little stock in their "guranteed V.P." predictions.

Exactly! RNC even came out and said Lierberman was not going to be on the ticket but yet some on here kept spouting he was when the MSM said it. Clueless comes to mind to accept anything from the MSM that smells and the Lieberman for VP smelled.
