Thanks!

During the nation's first contested presidential election in 1796, supporters of Vice President John Adams charged his challenger, Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson, with atheism, sexual improprieties, and dangerous revolutionary intentions. For their part, Jefferson backers accused Adams of plotting to establish a monarchy, crown himself king, and ally the country with its foe, Great Britain.

LOL! What a start!

I’ve rung up MoveOn.org and told them that Palin is plotting to crown herself Queen of Alaska and ally the country with Great Britain. Easiest five thousand bucks I ever made.

Yeah, but they left the spouses and daughters alone.

Not anymore.

Another bad trend started by the Clintons...

Cheers!

Back in the 19th Century, the media was very biased and had a very loose disregard for the truth. But it WAS balanced. Each party or candidate had a significant part of the press in it’s corner. So the ridiculous lies balanced out and sane people knew better.

Today, it’s all one-sided in the msm. Thank God for talk radio and FR!
