Palin Pick Causes 'Elation' among Evangelical Leaders
cbn ^

Posted on 08/29/2008 9:23:20 AM PDT by flyfree

Wow. Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is John McCain's pick for Vice-President. Folks, this is s close to a game changer as you can get.

Let me give you some instant reaction. I can tell you that The Brody File has been talking to multiple sources in the conservative Evangelical community and the reaction has been EXTREMELY POSITIVE. As a matter of fact, I am told that when conservative leaders heard the news this morning at a meeting at the Council for National Policy, one attendee told me that there is "nothing but elation. People are giddy. They are energized and they now believe that in fact this campaign has the ability to win this election."

At some point children need there Dad’s...I don’t personally believe in Stay at home dad’s...

At some point, spelling and grammar become an issue with credibility. Trolls are notorious for lacking the basic skills.

I can see binliden’s plugs a poppin now. You think he’ll raise the issue as the proud parent with the son in the national guard with both Sarah’s and Macs sons both serving in Iraq. Think Rangel will be complaining about the sons and daughters of politicians kids not being in harls way?

Well, this is a conservative website, so please pardon our happy dance.

The base has just been reminded that it matters. This is an excellent choice and I expect Governor Palin to be the addition that will cement the defeat of the Obamanation.

We’ve known for a long time the d-rats don’t study history. They’re always yammering about the south going Republican once dems began pushing for civil rights in the 50s, completely ignoring the economic pressures that forced any clear-thinking person to favor conservatives during the Nixonian era.

Yeah! Theres’ a new girl in town, and it ain’t hiliary!

And it ain't Pelosi!

There's nothing McCain could do to get me to vote for him, but I will vote for Palin. She represents the right track for the future of the Republican Party. God bless her.

Your not going to find a true conservative! You have to take the top ten or so most important issues and pick who agrees with you on the majority of them.

True conservatives do well on the local level but when you go national you have to be more pragmatic.

Who would be worse- McCain/Palin or Obama/Biden?

The choice is clear- vote McCain/Palin.

It’s ironic that Obama, of the Diversity Party, turned out to be too sexist to choose a woman running mate, while McCain, of the Divisive Party, not only chose a woman but chose a GOOD one.

Pelosi doesn't even know that natural gas is a fossil fuel. Seriously. One of Pelosi's staffers is supposed to have said that she's nice enough to work for but you wouldn't want to copy her test paper.

Maybe we should looking out for Bidencide...and not necessarily from the Hillary camp. The only way Obama can throw BIDEN under the bus at this point is to literally THROW him under a moving bus.
