PLEASE Mac, look straight in the camera and say to obama, “I take you up on your challenge to debate you made in your acceptance speech”

Yes, I am contributing. McCain has to know that we are very, very EXCITED, about this. I am thrilled. I love watching MSNBC and CNN. They look like they are going to a funeral. Oh, happy days.

Todd Palin

Todd Palin became the First Gentleman of Alaska when his wife, Governor Sarah Palin, was sworn into office on December 4, 2006. In this role, he has been a strong advocate for improving workforce development and vocational training in the state.

Mr. Palin has worked for nearly 20 years as a production operator in the oil fields on Alaska’s North Slope, and he also is a lifelong commercial fisherman in Bristol Bay.

Mr. Palin was born in Dillingham, located in western Alaska, where he gained an appreciation for Alaska’s cultural heritage and traditions from his Yup’ik grandmother. These traditions and the state’s rugged outdoors have played an influential role in the life of the Palin family. Since 1993, the first gentleman has participated every year in the Iron Dog race—the world’s longest snowmachine race (spanning 2,000 miles, from Wasilla to Nome to Fairbanks). To date, he has won the championship four times.

A dedicated community volunteer, Mr. Palin also devotes his time and efforts in support of youth sports, coaching hockey and basketball.

The Palins were married in 1988, after college, and they have four children—Track (who enlisted in the U.S. Army on September 11, 2007); Willow; Bristol; and Piper. In his free time, the first gentleman enjoys fishing, flying and spending time with his family.

On MSNBC Andrea Mitchell can barely talk.

Her voice is hoarse.

Clear evidence that she lost her voice yelling last night at that elitist gathering in Denver.

This was a good pick.
The Obama camp is naturally going to attack her, saying that she has less experience in office than Obama, so McCain’s charges are invalid.

But then hopefully McCain already has the retort lined up, that it’s not about how long you’ve been in office, but what you’ve accomplished since you’ve been there.
Then they will list off Palin’s numerous accomplishments and reforms over the past two years and contrast it with Obama big fat nada.

Then if they’re real sharp, they can stick it in with “Obama has proven he can deliver a good speech, but he can’t deliver results.”

McCain congratulated B Hussein on making history, B Hussein responds with a childish insult.

Heard it. He’s an ass. Most towns in America are approximately the same size. Nice way to tell them they don’t count.

I really hope the people running this announcement rally pick up the pace a bit, because it is pretty sad so far. Granted, nobody is there yet, but it's bad.

I'm reading up on Palin, but if Levin is gung-ho about her, I'm probably going to be very happy with her.

No kidding!

Now NC is talking about her sister’s divorce from a state trouper, and Palin’s role in an attempt to fire him.

Well I guess that I was wrong.

For the feminists, I thought prodeath was suppose to superceed a female candidate.

Maybe that is because for me, as a woman, prolife superceeds gender.

Come on FlagLady. Her husband’s a great guy and a sportsman. Don’t know why you saw it as a problem but he’s 1/8 Yu’pik and that’s a plus and will help expand the GOP. She’s far more in tune with conservative voters than the other guy you mention (who I won’t overtly trash as he is helping right now), who was the most liberal gov. in the nation until a year and a half before running for prez. He would have been a disaster with swing voters and many suspicious conservatives (of his liberal record). Palin is fantastic on all fronts.
