UPDATE: Drudge has up now that Gov. Palin is at her home in Wasilia, Alaska, and (per her spokesperson) is planning to attend the Alaska State Fair today. Whitman? Ridge? What a FReaking morning...I hope Matt is wrong, but he quotes her spokeswoman...

Cantor would be great, but I haven’t heard anything about him today. He was on Larry King last night and really didn’t answer when Larry asked him if he could confirm he was vetted.

Hey Everyone -
News here in Alaska is starting to stir. Here is a little more info that you may not know.

Sarah Palin was mayor of Wasilla, Alaska at a time when it was one of the top 5 fastest growing areas in the country.

When her approval ratings are “low” they are in the 80’s, high they are in the 90’s.

We are hopeful that she is the pick!!

A couple of issues with the “Palin is still in Alaska” post.

It says that Palins spokesperson said that she would be attending the Alaska Statde Fair in Anchorage today? The state fair ISNT in Anchorage, its 45 minutes away in Palmer. Also, it said she was watching the fireworks from her home. Well the only problem with that is there were no fireworks at the state fair yesterday!
