Helicopters buzzing overhead, satellite dishes sticking up in the air, neighbors stopping to ask -- "Is it him?"
We don't know yet.
We're swarming outside Gov. Tim Pawlenty's home in Eagan ... waiting for a sign

I understood when he became the only Stop-McCain candidate left standing. But beyond that?
He should have picked a woman for VP. That would have sealed it for him!
Is Pawlenty pro-life ???
1st litmus test
The media will soon be making fun of him. This is as bad as Huck and worse than Biden.
What’s Pawlenty’s conservative record ????
A source close to the campaign now confirms for me that it "more likely than not" is Pawlenty. He does, however, caution me that the campaign does not actually want to leak tonight lest the Obama camp get too much of a chance to play the victim card with a sympathetic media.
Pawlenty......wow, strategically I dont know how great of a choice this is. I would have thought one of the women would have been a better choice. Both would have been pleasing to conservatives, and would have grabbed some of the Dem female vote.
I dont know anything bad about Pawlenty. Hell, I may like him more than McCain once we get to know him, he sounds like a decent conservative. But my first impression is that the McCain camp said the pick would be “surprising”. Unless McCain is pulling a big fake, I would say this is the least surprising, or more correctly least exciting choice he could have made.
LOL, so what is so great about this Gov?
His public are Koolaid drinkers, so his effectiveness looks nill.
Printed out all the pictures, tossed em on the floor and my Rott chose Palin.......done deal !.......:o)
Dont know much about Pawlenty, but it kinda seems like a Wonder Bread type of pick.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Pawlenty ran for Gov on a platform “requiring visa expiration dates on driver’s licenses implementing a conceal-carry gun law”

His record is a bit mixed. He is very McCain-like.
Check out Post #43, go to Red State link, tells all about him.
During his first year as governor, Pawlenty balanced a deficit of $4.3 billion without raising taxes, primarily by reducing the rate of funding increases for state services, including funding for transportation, social services, and welfare.

Dan Quayle redux?????
Gee, if everyone here is knocking the guy already, imagine what the Dems can do with him!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, thanks.
I’m totally calling headfake on Pawlenty. This is McCain’s way of jigging with Obama’s night without releasing the real information, therefore can’t be called on it by the whiny libs!
It’s Romney!!!
