Vermonter has been fighting cancer for many months. Sadly, His family just let us know that his fight is nearly over.
From his daughter, Denise:
"My dads battle with cancer is coming to a close. He is peaceful now at home under my care and my moms with hospice support. I want to thank you and everyone that has sent him prayers over the course.
Pancreatic cancer is an ugly cancer and hopefully someday they will find a way to slow it or stop it completely. My dad was and is a fighter. Right now we just want him to have peace."
Prayers on the way for our dear friend Vermonter and his family.
Prayers.
Oh, no. Prayers for him and his family! I was wondering what had happened to him: he used to be a regular poster.
Prayers up for a wonderful man. Wrap his family in your arms, Lord.
Dear Jesus,
Be with Vermonter as he leaves his temporary for his real home, Heaven. Be with his wife and children and give them a peace that comes from knowing and trusting You. In Your Holy Name, Amen
Prayers up and peace to Vermonter.
Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory,

PRayers UP BUmp!
Prayers up.
Vermonter and his family are in my thoughts.
Our times are in Your hands. It is Yours to decide when we are born and when we die. We simply ask You, our God of grace and compassion, to wrap arms of loving comfort and peace around Your servant Vermonter who has fought the tremendous battle. The last great enemy is death, Lord, and we pray that You would walk with our friend as he meets this final battle. Prepare a special place for him, Father, that he may live in eternity with You. And may his family be comforted with the knowledge that You will care for him and that they will one day be reunited. May Your Holy Name be glorified in his life on earth and in heaven. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Our prayers for Vermonter and his family.
Thanks for letting us know, to have the chance to pray for Vermonter and the family. This is such a sacred time, saying good-bye to a loved one, until the blessed reunion in heaven. I know what this feels like from when my husband died 18 months ago, and I pray for the family and Vermonter to have peace, comfort, love, serenity; may Vermonter be free of pain and all anxiety, may the family grow closer in love. May many graces attend his passing, and may Christ greet him with joy.
Prayers said for Vermonter and his family. God bless.
I was wondering why he hadn’t been posting recently, because there aren’t many of us conservatives in Vermont. May God bless and keep him, and console his family.
Ptrayers up. I pray his suffering is at a minimum. Lost my mom to cancer. Nobody should have to go thru it.
Prayers up for Vermonter and all who love him. May God be with you all.......and He will be.
Psa 61:7 He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, [which] may preserve him.
Psa 91:1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Prayers Sent, Love Ya Man.......
That is such a beautiful prayer. It brought tears to my eyes and I hope it brings much comfort to Vermonter’s family.
Faith is a precious thing.
This is sad news. Vermonter was one of those strong Freepers who stood the stead, and held firm. The Lord now has him withing reach and holds out His welcoming arms. May those loving arms also hold close, and comfort, Vermonter’s family.
