Could be that no one wanted to be Barrys partner. I've been saying this for quite a while. No serious dim would want to be tied to Obama ...... It had to be an idiot lib representing a very limited number of voters who collectively possess the political knowledge and logic of a bag of hammers. Someone who knows he doesn't risk his seat.... No matter how stupid he acts or talks.
Hence ... Senator 'Foot in Mouth' Joe Biden of Delaware.

What are they going to do with all those Obama/Bayh stickers they printed in Kansas City?
I know--change the B in Bayh to a G and send them out, they will be a hit!

McCain does not need your vote and the votes of unappeasable purists like you. He is going to win big and you are going to be angrier and more irrelevant but you can create your own delusional world and feel all powerful and victorious....while you count down the days just waiting for 2012 to arrive and your Operation Chaos can finally accomplish what it couldn't in 2008, give hillary her crown and the fulfillment of her birthright as the President of the United States of America. Then all will be right with your world, once more a clinton is at home in the WH.

This pick:
1) Takes McCain’s age off the table
2) Takes “Change” off the table
3) Is a desperate, defensive pick meant to fill in the experience gap. It’s essentially the Cheney “gravitas” pick, but only with a condescending Delawarian instead of a person with actual experience like Cheney.
4) Adds nothing in terms of geography (goodbye South)
5) Two elitist Senators opens up the chance for McCain to pick a governor and run against Washington as an outsider.
6) I’d put money on Palin at this point. Palin would take over about 5% of the female Hillary electorate and that alone would put McCain over the top.

One key in there is Bayh. The other is Harvard is now about to lose to the Naval Academy. That will make skin crawl for the moonbats.

Given the way Barry’s glow has been dimmed lately, it would be pretty reasonable to assume most Dems would not want to tie their tail to his kite. Biden isn’t that old..not old enough to retire from politics, anyway. Why he would agree to this, amazes me. Ego or party pressure, I guess.
But it sure made my weekend.
