You’re comparison was off the wall. Pure idiocy.
FReepers don’t engage in mindless attacks on conservative icons like Ronald Reagan.
Take your cheap pot shots somewhere else, troll.
The Pope is coming down on the pro-abortion “Catholics”
About time...
You go BXVI
The only solid vp candidate I can think of who would help McCain electorally is Giuliani, and that is detestable to conservatives. He would assist McCain in putting states like NJ in play, but obviously he’s a pro-abort, so yeah.
DISGUSTING

Romney is a disgusting murderous creep with the blood of innocent unborn babies on his hands...
Someone with a better grasp of words than me said it best...
Romney needs to go down on his knees on TV and apologize for the millions of innocent deaths he has caused...
Romney is a disgusting excuse for a man...
and only other pro-abortionists think that he is anything else...
Romney makes this REAL pro-lifer sick to her stomach..
You can whitewash that POS till his dyed black hair is “saintly” white but you can never change the ugly sinful nature inside him...

Analyst puts increase in fees, taxes at $700m
Governor gives far lower figure
By Brian C. Mooney, Boston Globe Staff | September 27, 2006
Fees and taxes have increased more than $700 million a year under Governor Mitt Romney and Lieutenant Governor Kerry Healey, a leading budget specialist said yesterday.
Michael J. Widmer -- president of the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, which closely tracks state finances -- said the state has raised roughly $740 million to $750 million per year by increasing fees and corporate taxes gained from what the Romney administration describes as ``closing loopholes."
Then why are you Mitt-lovers all so DESPERATE??
All of you act like it will be the end of the world if he has to wait another four years...could it be that by then there will be a much more attractive candidate for the presidency?
Do you all think that if he doesn't get the leg up from being VP he will be just the "2008 also-ran"?
I do!
“Joseph Smith, the first Christian basher...”
Mohammed’s forces used much more than words to bash Christians long before Joseph Smith entered the world.
Do you use a different name over at DU Tennessee Nana?
I can be patient. I didn’t even know who Mitt was until this election cycle. I am sure there are other people out there too. I just think it is wrong to shoot people down like Mitt. I am defending him the way I would defend anyone who I thought wasn’t being treated right. He has potential and I don’t want to see it wasted. I still think he would be a good president. But I will be voting for John McCain regardless of who his VP pick is. John McCain could end up being a good president despite some of his mistakes in the Senate.
Mormons are barely 2% of the US population...pretty marginal number.
The public square is available to ALL, including Christians who bring to light the arcane and ridiculous beliefs of mormonism...which is the reason the mormons would censor them, both on FR and on the internet.
Watchdog Web Site Draws Legal Threats from Scientologists, Mormons
You serve so much ‘moremoan’ whine lately, what is your preferred cheese to serve with that vintage?
Plus we have some good players on the reserver roster from this next generation. And things will be bad after McCain economically, Mitt or no Mitt, that the clamoring for a real Conservative will finally come to the fore front.
So let ‘em be VP or not, one way or the other it is buh bye Mitt next cycle.
Indeed I want you guys out there, and the more the merrier...
in 2005 the Tribune ran an interview with Merrill Bateman, a member of the presiding bishopric at the time, and even he confessed that there are only around 4 million active Mormons world wide, and then he admitted that they keep members on the records until they are 110, dead or alive.
The LDS Church reports worldwide membership at 13,000,000 if there are only 4 million active members, then the active membership in the United States has been estimated at .07%. There are far more gays than Mormons, do you think the Republicans should be concerned with alienating them too?

Those clips will make for attack ads with thermo-nuclear devastating effectiveness, to be run by the Obama campaign or his Soros allies. They can show old pro-abortion Mitt right next to new "pro-life" Mitt. There can be no effective McCain response to such an ad.
Given the mormon church's active battle regarding proposition 8 in CA, if Mitt is on the ballot I would expect the gay population to redouble their efforts to keep him away from within 100 miles of the White House. The gays have nearly as much money as the wealthy mormons do to wage such a battle with, along with monetary support from the hollywood crowd.
It's hard to imagine that McCain is so dim as to select Romney as VP candidate.
