"What was the inflection of his voice? Did he use the past perfect or present perfect tense? What does it mean? What does it all mean?"
Don't mean squat, to paraphrase Mr. Natural. Bambi has to pick somebody this month raw enough to make him look experienced and dumb enough to make him look smart. That doesn't eliminate very many people in the Democratic party these days. I could do better in the local phone book. Hell, I could do better on the local police blotter.

OTOH, If I were clever (and maybe Obama is, who knows?) if it were a female, I would publicly drop the “he” as disinformation just to throw people off. There are games that can be played. These people may be traitors but they arent stupid.
