How do you expect tough moral decisions from someone who has a Muslim warlord in the family.

His answer to the question ‘why do you want to be president?’ (’I want to be nice to people’) is what you would expect from someone applying for the position of Walmart door greeter.
His response to another question of when a baby becomes a human being (’...it’s...above my paygrade) tells me that he is definitely not ready to be POTUS, but is eminently qualified to be a Walmart door greeter.

When asked which Supreme Court justice he would not have nominated,
Obama's answer was: Clarence Thomas. Says Obama, "I don't think
he was a strong enough jurist or a legal thinker at that time
for that. I profoundly disagree with his interpretation
[of the Constitution]."
Thank you Senator Obama.
For giving the McCain Campaign a GOLDEN sound-bite!
Of all the Supreme Court Nominees/Appointees he can think of
to "diss"...
He picks An African-American.
Obama "couldn't HALP himself!" (channeling Ann Richards here!)
Obama did this because he's not sitting in Justice Thomas'
sit...using Supreme Court power to "Change" (DESTROY) the USA.

We witness a presidential candidate who can't express his own believe about when life begins. A man in his middle ages, who supposedly attended church regularly and who has a college education. A man who serves in the US Senate. Yet cannot answer a basic simple question. We are to believe he is qualified to be president of the country.

When hilary appts. him to SC, will he turn it down, knowing it is above his pay-grade?

I think when he used the “above my paygrade” answer, he was trying to say that only God knows that answer. Now, that would have been a good way to answer the question, if he had expounded upon it further. But, as usual, his AHHH’s and UMMM’s got in the way.
He is not a coherent speaker. And because of this he lost the election last night.
Poor fella! ;)

“Obama said that the question is “above my pay grade”.
There was another Democrat President, Harry Truman, who said “the buck stops here”.
If Obama thinks such decisions are above the President of the United States, just who does he think has the power - the guy at the UN?

This is another way of saying that, in Obama’s view, Thomas wasn’t up to the job, and didn’t have the experience or qualifications necessary for that high position. So, now... experience does matter?**
Obamanation did it again. Foot in mouth disease.

When asked to define when a baby gets human rights, Obama said that the question is "above my pay grade". Interestingly enough, he's finally made a statement with which I can agree. These kinds of decisions are above him.
