His answer to the question ‘why do you want to be president?’ (’I want to be nice to people’) is what you would expect from someone applying for the position of Walmart door greeter.

His response to another question of when a baby becomes a human being (’...it’s...above my paygrade) tells me that he is definitely not ready to be POTUS, but is eminently qualified to be a Walmart door greeter.

I disagree. This is a moral question that is not above anybody's pay grade. The Walmart door greeter is just as qualified to answer it as the Chief Justice or the President.

Unfortunately, experience, education and intelligence provide no greater degree of insight into moral issues. Somewhat the opposite, in my experience.
