PTO is maxed and I’m not losing my earned time off

I like our arrangement - we get forced payout of PTO - 2 to 3 hours extra every week never hurt anyone!

I like your arrangement MUCH better. I wish.

It has always annoyed me that there is a penalty for coming to work every day. Only those that take PTO, mostly all the time, get the whole “benefit”, and often with others picking up the slack. Now vacation is another thing.

Agreed...our company lumps it all together; Nana’s company is the same way...almost.

They also lump Holiday into PTO. The hospital works 24/7/365, so you have to take PTO to get an actual holiday day off.

Okay - I’ve done all the paperwork I can manage for now, so I’m going to call it a night.

Thank you, Ma, for preparing the Canteen for today’s activities.

Ma, I have to say that my heart broke when I saw this: Maxillofacial prosthetic technician Air Force Senior Airman Justin Jones creates new facial features using various techniques and tools to reconstruct facial features of wounded warriors. Thank God someone can do this, but it breaks my heart to think that it's needed!
