The old GUAM organization might be forced to respond to Russias aggression. GUAM consists of Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldavia. Formed to counter Russian influence in the area. They were going to rename the group Democracy and Economic Development Organization and establish its headquarters in the Ukrainian capital. Azerbaijan has some decent aircraft. 48 Mig29's and they want to purchase 100 F16 Block C according to Wikipedia entries.
I realize it's quite a different thing to deliver life services vs. weapons (also life services IMO especially now), but might they do it OR allow delivery to THEIR ports and transport through their land. I somehow don't think Pooty's going to blockade Turkey.
