You seem to know a lot about this area, history and current status. Besides GUAM, what about Turkey? I read here yesterday that they had promised Georgia to keep them supplied with electricity.

I realize it's quite a different thing to deliver life services vs. weapons (also life services IMO especially now), but might they do it OR allow delivery to THEIR ports and transport through their land. I somehow don't think Pooty's going to blockade Turkey.

Just getting up to speed. Turkey has a better relationship with Azerbaijan then Georgia. If Azerbaijan gets dragged in because of GUAM, then Turkey gets dragged in because of Azerbaijan. If the Russians are going for broke, expect unrest in Turkey soon.
