“Newbie, is it your sole purpose to sign up on FR just to bash John McCain for the Dimocrats.”
Far be it from me to bash McCain. I think he’s a great guy. The fact that he slept around when he was younger doesn’t bother me at all. Doesn’t seem to have affected his ability to govern, and that’s the bottom line, isn’t it?
She is also a very attractive lady
OK
I thought he might have been a closet homosexual, have you ever watched him walk? He sways his hips back and forth,I can’t stand to watch him.
I agree with you they should have worked on their marriage and their family. He should have been there for her when she is fighting for her life.
Kerry did it twice. First wife was worth on the order of $400 million. After divorcing her, he married Terreeeza Heinz, who had inherited substantially more than $400 million when her husband, Senator Heinz, was killed.
actually, i was surprised... that the affair was with a female...
You must be a BO lurker.
I could but it was always a barnyard animal. LOL
But the same people just plastered Ted Stevens all over the place.
“Kerry did it twice”
Amazing. To me, the guy’s got no sex appeal.
No, the Silky Pony and his media enablers deserve to be equally despised by the entire Nation.
“You must be a BO lurker.”
Because I’m pointing out that McCain had affairs as well?
I get tired of all this bickering about who slept with whom. Big deal. I don’t care. Lots of great men have slept around. Lots of great men didn’t sleep around. Liberals and conservatives have done it in equal measure. It’s got very little to do with anything. Every time we start acting like we’re the voice of morality, it comes back and bites us in a sensitive spot. People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones and all that. Let’s find something more relevant to talk about. Like balancing the budget.
I think this President has shown a remarkable disrespect for his office, for the moral dimensions of leadership, for his friends, for his wife, for his precious daughter. It is breathtaking to me the level to which that disrespect has risen.
Later, Edwards debated whether Clinton intended to obstruct justice when he talked with a White House employee:
We have a man who has just been confronted with this problem, who is political by nature. And do we really believe that the first thing he thought about is, “I'm going to go protect myself legally’”? I suspect the first thing he thought about is “I'm going to protect myself politically.’’ He was worried about his family finding out. He was worried about the rest of the staff finding out. He was worried about the press finding out.
