If all of this pans out, what can be done? Would a FEC petition need to be posted? Would someone need to file on this in Federal Court?
What would prevent the MSM from just ignoring this and Obama stays on the ballot with no repercussion?

Lawsuits in various states to boot him off the ballot would seem the best approach.

Once he puts up a slate of electors for President in any State, a challenge to an election board could be made based upon Constitutional qualifications.

I'm sure Obama had to fill out federal election forms swearing to his eligibility to be president. He would have to withdraw due to fraudulent statements to the federal government.

I think Hill & Bill will take care of all that. I’m sure they have the paperwork ready to go.

Each state has seperate laws and methods for determining a persons illegibility to hold office. Each state can make him put up or shut up if someone, anyone, files a complaint to the appropriate agency. The must investigate and ask certain questions by law, they can't gloss over it. Normally this isn't done but it was done to McCain so turn about is fair play and all that.
Obama, if challenged, will have to produce his real birth certificate or a certified copy(with the number showing)of a COLB. It is apparent why the number was blacked out, the COLB, the fake one, that KOS had up was supposed to be a pre-2006 COLB form, 1961 to be exact, but the truth is the number would have proven it to be post 2006, as it has turned out to be.
Truly a fake, for whatever reason. No Oilbama has some explaining to do.

Challenges would have to be filed in every state. A Federal challenge wold take years to reach conclusion as it would in states wit Democrat establishments. Chances are it would only succee in states that would otherwise go against him in the election, anyway.
