I'm sure Obama had to fill out federal election forms swearing to his eligibility to be president. He would have to withdraw due to fraudulent statements to the federal government.

No, I don’t the did. He hasn’t actually became a candidate yet. And the states control who is on the ballot.

Matter of fact, he chose to not take federal funds as the FEC would have had to verify his eligilibity before allowing him the funds.

Interesting, eh? How many candidates turn down campaign funds?

“...He would have to withdraw due to fraudulent statements to the federal government....”

If we, the “little people” made fraudulent statements to the feds, we’d be looking at some serious jail time. But since this is Nobama we’re talking about.........

"He would have to withdraw due to fraudulent statements to the federal government. "

If true, he should be charged with fraud, and for signing his name to a legal document he knew contained false statements. That would be soooo rich!

"He would have to withdraw due to fraudulent statements to the federal government."

What you're forgetting is that there are no consequences when dims break the law.
