I’ve been around twisters, floods, hurricanes and Brook Shields(at the airport)...but never been around during an earthquake.

Prayers for JimRob and family and all our California FReepers! Thanks for the sentiments and all that, but please! It was only a 5.8. We don't sweat the small ones like this here in California.

It seemed like a long shake in Glendale.

Is ‘big’ an official designation? What if the next one is over 6.0? Would that be ‘really big’?

This is very upsetting. Nancy Pelosi promised she was trying to save the planet, and this sort of thing keeps happening.

Knocked over a Lamp....but my internet kept working.....
If there is no damage to the Freeways they did good with all of the retrofitting....there are some major Freeway structures ..out that way...the 60 and the 57 intersect not far from the epicenter of this....
To: ZGuy
Don’t know if it is related but I am in San Diego and my DSL has slowed to a crawl since the quake.
