Blacks can’t be racists—just victims.
For all the adulation blacks give MLK Jr, are they really aware of the actual words of his ‘I have a dream’ speech? (judging on content of character, not on color of skin)
It’s like all this talk about going back to 55 mph. It was a bad idea that did nothing to save money or lives then yet the left is out touting it again as though it actually worked before. It didn’t and it won’t.
Some people have no memory as history may once again repeat itself.
What a poignant photo. And what a sad year, losing William F. Buckley, too.
It seems all of our big cities are dim hellholes. Whites flee to the suburbs, minorities elect dims.
I believe MLK Jr. was a Republican, if I remember right. And no, most blacks have no idea what MLK Jr. stood for and believed in.
Thank you for your service, gbc.
That is why they believe dims ‘support’ them - yeah, like they supported the Civil Rights Act.
I watched this and was absolutely disgusted at Woffie. He keeps saying now that the Iraqi Government and Obama agree on a withdrawal plan for our troops. He was unequivocal in his statements about that. What a big fat liar.
“When they stand up, we stand down” is the Bush administration position, and has been since forever. I hate Woffie’s continued attempts to prop up the idiot Obama and try to align his policy with a winning policy in Iraq. It disgusts me beyond words.
And Woffie was RUDE, he kept interrupting. He NEVER interrupts democrats, only someone who is not towing the democrat line.
If I was Maliki, I would NOT agree to meet with Obami when he comes to Iraq later this month; I would be preoccupied. Obama has said some nasty things about Iraq, and indeed, he still does. And yet, Woffie tries to align Obama with the Iraqi position. ARGH!
I can remember a time when us Brits used to gasp at the 55 mph we had heard about from the US and when I visited in 1997 was surprised to see in many places this was either not the case was was not enforced or totally ignored.
Boston was a prime example on Friday night, supposedly there was a 55 mph in force on the freeway we were on but cars were going past us at 80 or 90 plus and the police were totally ignoring them just thankful to get them out and away from the city on a Friday night.
Good point, Star. They mentioned a fund at the Fox museum but have yet to post an address where to donate. I’m sure everyone would love to contribute.
The whole quote from Senator “Qualified enough to say withdraw in 16 months even though I haven’t a clue what American Forces are doing on the ground in Iraq” Obama;

Obama said, You know I am a believer in, knowing what you are doing when applying for a job. And I think that if, I were to seriously consider running on a National ticket, I would essentially have to start now, before having served a day in the Senate. Now there are some people who might be comfortable doing that, but Im not one of those people.
The Snowman was what journalism should be. He certainly was a conservative, but he searched for the truth no matter where it led, which is why he was a Conservative.
He now receives his reward to spend eternity with Jesus. Prayers for his family and friends for God’s comfort through this season of pain. Praises to God for giving us such a warm and caring person to bless all our lives.
Tony Snow made all of our lives a little better with his charming wit and his brilliant prose. Thank you God for this magnificent gift you gave your humble servant to share with us. He touched all of our hearts and will be missed.
Pray for W and the Snow Family
Your memory is intact. Out our way, a driver going 55 on an open highway had to be careful not to get run over by some big rig barreling down the Interstate. Heck, even the police shook their heads over how stupid it was.
This same thing is going on now with eliminating the Bush tax cuts. The media and left refuse to acknowledge how tax cuts increase revenues. They just cannot believe it happens.
Thus my comment: Democrats want to repeal the law of supply and demand.
Wow. Thanks, I was unaware of this quote.
So after 145 days in the US Senate, he’s qaualified now?
Yeah, right. < /s >
In parts of West Texas, I think it was always ignored. When you have long, straight highways with nothing to get your attention, why go 55? It takes too long to get any where anyway. (I once passed an acquaintance who later was also a co-worker, reading the USA Today as he drove down the road.)
Kind of like a football coach, only not as relevant.
