Quite a few years ago someone said that the live threads reminded them of chats with the neighbors over the backyard fence. That always stuck with me, because it seemed so to be such a great description.
This is quite interesting with Andy Card and BOR.
Card is saying that when Tony was a speechwriter for Bush 41, he almost helped shape policy....
