Perform five random acts of kindness in her honor. These can be anything from holding open a door for someone behind you, or letting someon in front of you in traffic, etc. ANYthing kind. Then, either silently or aloud say, "This act of kindness was done in ____ honor. God Bless _____."
A friend of mine who staffs for a local Hospice told me that her boss was so impressed with that idea, that they officially put it into their program. She said, "The families of those with cancer so often ---don't know what they can do to help. This gives them something to do for the living, too....to do something good, in their loved one's honor. It brings beneficial energy and hope. I was thrilled that my Mom had a small part in that. Also, I got reports back from her friends that they felt her near them, when they did their act of kindness...it was weird and wonderful.
