Our Marine nephew and his family are leaving for a 3 year tour in Japan and we had a send off party for them last night.How exciting!
On Fox they just said, "Sometimes more people wanted Tony's autograph then the Presidents!" How funny!

I got a special thrill every time I saw our beloved Tony with our wonderful President. The thing that struck me yesterday was how early the President's parents called into FOX, they must be like me. Every morning, 4AM CST, I have Fox on!

They did have a certain thing. They are very much a like I think. I mourned my decision to encourage Tony to leave the radio. I missed him so, but, I was so proud.
I said to Cibco, my husband yesterday, do you remember when Tony was doing a Presser and asked someone to "ping" him to some information? They Tony realized what he had said and covered it. He was such a FReeper. We were so blessed that he let us into his world.
It hurts as if I had actually known him.

Thank You, we love you as well and Radioproducer. I am so sorry for your loss. To us it was a thrill to have Tony post to us, but you got to really know him. I know it's hard. But I can't equate my loss with yours.
