"In January of 1963, Collins registered with Selective Service System, Local Board Number 156 in New Orleans,..."How do you know that he registered in New Orleans? He might have registered in Hawaii and moved to NOLA.

Heres a thought I just had.....Remember I had asked, How did Maya get a COLB if she was born in Jakarta? I was just looking at info on your new blog, and a HUGE bell went off in my head! The two COLBs Patricia Decosta (actual), and Husseins/Mayas (possibly fake) say TWO different Things! Patricia...Date Filed by State Registrar a record of birth sent from a local hospital? Hussein....Date Accepted by State Registrar possibly indicating someone born somewhere else and late filed? Why else two different statements on the same form???? What do you think? Mayas would also have to be accepted if born out of country as we know she was...... Just a thought Posted by Mitchell Langbert at 11:01 PM 1 comments Labels: Barack Obama, birth certificate, presidential election The statement changed when the Registrar, Alvin Onaka, also became the Head of the OHSM. It reflects how he now handles (or more like doesn't handle) his previous tasks as REgistrar.

"That's a stunning admission." Probably a lie too. Think about it. Does that mean anyone with a VALID Hawaii BC could break into the system? I wonder if the other states know it? And ultimately, why in the world would she make such a dumbassed statement?

BTW, read where GOP is being sued re McCains citizenship elegibility. This may open some doors. http://legalnewsline.com/news/214833-calif.-lawsuit-challenges-mccain-candidacy
Read the complaint from New Hampshire in the post after yours.
He basically has the argument--if a citizen is not born within the geographical confines of the US, he is subject to the sovereignty of some other country by reason of his birth. What the country dictates or might not have dictated is not the issue--what counts is what it could do. That is the reason citizenship at birth under the citizenship statutes is insufficient.
Subject to the issue of where in Panama (which was resolved here by Gatun's posts)he was born, I have always viewed McCain's situation as the clear legal issue. And if it gets to the Supreme Court, I would expect the Court to hold he is not eligible.

Here is my guess. Suppose Barry Soetero registered for the draft on the date shown and subsequently, as in lately changed his name on the record to BHO. They might say that BHO effectively registered on the date shown. AND the -1 on the end might be the amendment.
Aint that a good guess?

So the democrats have challenged McCain's eligibility in every state he has won. And exactly how many challenges have the republicans made to zerObama in the states he's won?
I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess zerO...
There are a number of the McCain cases on file--the two or three I know about are not funded by Democrats.

David, I don't know about that.
In 1964 I was in the US Army assigned outside Paris France. My son was born in France. His mother and I are US citizens by birth. We had to go the US Embassy with his French BC and file for a consular birth certificate.
It was explained to us that France had renounced its claim to his citizenship and he was solely a citizen of the USA. I don't know if it was the result of a treaty or a handshake.
Is it possible that Mc Cain might have been treated the same?

Have you ever worked in the septic tank clean-out business? ;-P Well, if I read a post that is a piece of sh*t, I do my best to steer clear of it.

I have little doubt that Obama’s trip is a CYA trip. Whatever it takes, he will do. Bribes, records destruction, etc.

So since your son’s number starts with 83 and he was born in 83 and BO’s starts with 61 which is his birth year can we assume that that number indicates the year of birth?
To: Calpernia; bvw
I dont think you can apply for a drivers license without being registered for the draft from what I was reading."I was recently reading can't remember what state, they tried to make it a law that you couldn't get a drivers license without having registered for the SSS. But they struck that part out of the law.

Others wonder why a large black rectangle appears next to the words, "CERTIFICATE NO." "The thing that's redacted is just our file number," she said. "Potentially, if you have that number, you could break into the system."
What a lame stupid answer!
The BC file number is '151 YYYY NNNNNN' YYYY is the birth year and NNNNNN is just a sequential number, starting at 1.
