Rope and tree are okay but can’t use a noose, those have been banned. Good news though is that a bowline around the neck is much slower and more painful...
Just out of Helena in Clancy, Mt. we have “Hanging Tree Gulch”. The hanging tree is still there but not used for a while. I would pay his transportation to Clancy if someone else would buy a nice rough rope to make the noose.
