The BCs I picked up in connection with a guardianship are not folded. Maybe only ones mailed out are folded?
I agree with something in the original article— Obama’s camp is keeping this red herring BC issue alive (although his cert is fine) because it districts people from investigating real issues.
Are these Hawaiian? The reports I read quoted some Hawaiian bureaucrat saying that all such certifications were mailed. They couldn't be picked up, and that they were never mailed flat.
