(August 6, 1942 - June 7, 2008)

DARLENE L. BRENNAN CARIBOU – Darlene L. Brennan, 65, passed away Friday June 6, 2008 at a Caribou hospital. She was born August 6, 1942 in Thomas, West Virginia the daughter of the late James and Lillian (Watring) Nutter. Darlene served in the U.S. Military and then as a civilian worked as a travel agent. She is survived by a daughter Robbin Persing and her husband Henry L. Persing of Madison, Alabama, as well as a grandson Brennan Persing. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Arrangements in care of Lancaster-Morgan Funeral Home 11 Clover St. Caribou, ME 04736. Friends may express their condolences to the family at www.lancastermorgan.com

I have noted several deleted posts on this thread.

SheLion (Darlene) and her family would be proud to know that even the news of her passing caused a ruckus.

I think we should ask that those posts be restored so that all of us can witness and identify the true nature of the creatures that were her constant detractors, opponents and insultors.

We might all learn something about the nature of liberty and its opponents.

This is an Earthquake Ping List Memorial Ping for a long time Freeper Friend and Earthquake Ping List Member, SheLion, also known as Darlene L. Brennan who passed away on
June 7, 2008.

SheLion - Darlene always wanted to be pinged to threads about earthquakes even though she was a resident of Maine. It was obvious that Darlene was very interested in current events and a wide variety of subjects.

Darlene kept up to date on everything yet always found time to respond to others and say thank you to any and all. She was good people. I wish I had been able to meet her in person.

This is such sad news. My heart is heavy. I didn’t know she was ill. She will be missed. I wish I’d have had the chance to hug her and tell her how many lives she touched here on this forum.
